In the first part of this mini USA road trip I visit the spectacular landscape of Death Valley National Park.

In the video, I visit several iconic locations in the park including Zabriskie Point, the Mesquite Dunes, Badwater Basin (which included the rare phenomenon of Lake Manly) and Marble Canyon. Death Valley is somewhere I’ve wanted to visit for a very long time and it certainly didn’t disappoint.

It’s often referred to as the land of extremes due to it being one of the hottest and driest places in North America and is also the lowest point of elevation.

It makes for an incredible place for landscape photography and in the video, I was able to capture several shots of rock formations, mud cracks, mountains, and sand dunes.

I also share my experience of the logistics involved in planning a trip to Death Valley and some of the things you might want to consider so you can get the most out of your trip.

I hope you enjoy the video. As always, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
