The low lying Halvergate Marshes, a labyrinth of fields separated by dykes which is still used as traditional grazing. The area is extremely flat (even by Norfolk standards) and quite barren but Mutton’s Mill stands out for miles around, providing a much needed focal point and a little insight into the history of the area.
