In the third part of my Morocco travel series, I visit the beautiful Erg Chicaga area in the Sahara Desert.

But first, we start our day back in Ait Benhaddou where we saw a beautiful sunrise and watched as the iconic Kasbah bathed in the morning light.

We then hit the road, traveling to the desert via some stop-over points including Taourirt Kasbah in Ouarzazate and Agdz.

Eventually, after driving through some spectacular desert landscape, we reached our destination of Mhamid where we were picked up and taken to our luxury desert camp where we’d be staying for two nights.
