In this video, I visit the dynamic city of Dubai and explore as much as possible in the short time we had here.

The city combines the modern with the traditional, to provide something for everyone – whether it’s a thrilling desert adventure, exploring the souks or simply marvelling at the incredible architecture.

On the first day of this short break, I visit Old Dubai to get a flavour of the city’s history, the Dubai Frame, the Museum of the Future, the Dubai Mall and we finished the day with a visit to the iconic water fountains at the Burj Khalifa. On the second day, we visit the Marina before then heading to the desert for an afternoon of activities.

I also make some time for photography, and in the video I show an incredible viewpoint from the Shangri-La Hotel which overlooks the iconic skyline of downtown Dubai.
